How do you know if you are a good match to the position?

Check the basic requirements for the position. If you are missing an item or two, still submit your application and we will see what we can do with the employer or keep your resume in our data banks for future openings. Obviously, applicants with the best match will be prioritized.

What is next after submission of resume?

TVSS and possibly the employer will review who will be the best match and you will be contacted for a video interview and speed test of your internet. Make sure you have a professional background and silent surrounding without interruptions. Final video interview will be conducted by the employer or TVSS or both.

How much is typical pay?

For Philippine VAs - typically it could range P25,000-50,000 (or more) / month on a 40 hour week schedule for the first six months. Your pay could increase as your contract with TVSS and the employer expires in six (6) months.

For other VAs around the world, we will determine your fair market value and what the employer needs.

Pay depends on many factors such as field of expertise, experience, demand, location of the VA / employer, and much more.
