Q: Will the VA replace our current staff members?
A: This is not our aim as we try to focus on helping grow your business and staff accordingly to meet your other business needs without breaking the bank.
Q: Is working with a VA safe?
A: Just like any other person you hire, there is no guarantee but we will find ways to hire the best possible person for you!
Q: Will you assist us transition in working with the VA?
A: Yes definitely as we will offer FREE 5 hours of consultation and if you need more guidance, we can do so for a minimal fee!
Q: Will the systems that we will use to work with the VA secure and HIPAA compliant?
A: Yes there are systems wherein they are HIPAA compliant but they come at a cost. However, there are free applications if communication is not sensitive.
Q: Will the VA work with my time zone?
A: Yes!
Q: Who will train and manage the VA?
A: Given that you know the culture that you want to establish and other needs that you may have that we may not be privy to, we prefer that you train and manage the VA. We can provide some guidance on how to work with VAs with consultation OR we can train and manage the VA for a nominal fee.
Q: Is the VA and employee or an independent contractor?
A: Given that they work offshore, they are considered as an independent contractor.
Q: Is there a contract?
A: Yes for 6 months for a VA that works for 40 hours a week. However, you can cancel but the 5 hours consultation will be paid though. After 6 months, the VA now solely works for you.
Q: Who pays the VA?
A: For the contract of 6 months, you pay Top Virtual Staffing Solutions and we pay the VA. After the contract and if you want to keep the VA, then you will pay the VA directly after.
